Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day
- During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer
UK Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service
- We may offer free UK delivery promotions from time to time (as stated on-site)
Dispatch & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
- Where available, tracking details will be provided
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery details are provided at checkout
Delivery Responsibility
- Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided
- If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control
Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe place
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Return the parcel to a local depot
Failure to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel may result in it being returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-delivery charges may apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
International Shipping (if applicable)
- Delivery times vary depending on destination
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date
- We will assist in raising a claim with the courier
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
