Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Unless the shipment has been ceated, in which case a return process is required.


Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be returned in a resalable condition

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.


Return Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • All return postage costs
  • Ensuring the item is securely packaged
  • Providing a valid tracking number
  • Arranging appropriate insurance cover for the return

We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.


How to Return an Item

  1. Notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Package the item securely with all original packaging.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked and insured service.
  4. Provide us with the tracking details.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Original delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is returned

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receipt
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • In these cases, we will cover reasonable return postage costs

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned outside the stated return period
