Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer

UK Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service
  • We may offer free UK delivery promotions from time to time (as stated on-site)

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Where available, tracking details will be provided
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery details are provided at checkout

Delivery Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided
  • If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control

Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:
    • Leave the parcel in a safe place
    • Deliver to a neighbour
    • Return the parcel to a local depot

Failure to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel may result in it being returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date
  • We will assist in raising a claim with the courier

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
